Kioskbase
Pricing
€3.00 per device per month, less at volume.
One price per tablet. It falls as the fleet grows, and a year costs ten months — two are on us. No lock-in, no setup fee.
The maths
One drive not taken pays for the whole year.
A year of one tablet costs €30 on the annual plan. A single drive to it — fuel, wear and the hours of a person who is doing nothing else meanwhile — costs more even for a tablet across town.
So one trip a year you don't have to make, and Kioskbase is paid for. Every restart, update or address change done from the office after that is pure savings. That is why everything is built for remote — the drive to the device is the most expensive item in running a kiosk.
Bands
Five bands, no packages.
The band price applies to every device. Adding the twenty-first unit lowers the price of the twenty before it as well.
| Devices | Monthly / device | Yearly / device | Yearly at the top of the band |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 – 5 | €3.00 | €30.00 | €150.00 |
| 6 – 20 | €2.40 | €24.00 | €480.00 |
| 21 – 50 | €2.00 | €20.00 | €1,000.00 |
| 51 – 150 | €1.70 | €17.00 | €2,550.00 |
| 151 and above | €1.50 | €15.00 | — |
Estimate
What it comes to for you.
Band: €2.40 / device
That is less than one call-out drive per year.
The estimate uses the band price for the number entered. The comparison assumes €80 per call-out: a 200 km round trip at 7 l per 100 km, diesel at €2.10 a litre, plus ordinary running costs.
What's included
Everything except the tablet.
- The app and all of it. No higher tiers — diagnostics and hands-off updates are included for everyone.
- The browser console. Device list, commands, telemetry, history.
- Updates. New versions are part of the subscription, not an add-on.
- Customer access. To their own devices, at three levels, with no per-user fee.
- Not included: the tablet, its mount or its power supply.
- Not included: enabling device owner on site. The procedure is documented and a customer's own technician can do it; if we are to do it, that is agreed separately.
