Terms of service

Plain terms for the Kioskbase licence and the customer portal: what you get, how you pay, how to withdraw and where to complain.

Operator

Tomáš Renčík – ANTORE, Company ID 55568858, VAT ID 1083437696,
Krátka 442/34, 972 23 Dolné Vestenice, Slovakia.
E-mail: [email protected] · phone +421 904 979 174.

Scope

These terms govern the licence to the Kioskbase application and the customer portal. By activating a licence or creating a portal account you accept them. The operator is listed above.

What you get

A non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run the Kioskbase app on the number of devices you pay for, access to the customer portal, updates published during the licence period and e-mail support in Slovak and English on working days.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the pricing page and in the portal before you confirm. Licences are billed monthly or yearly in advance, by invoice with bank transfer or QR payment. If an invoice is not paid within 14 days after the due date, the licence may be suspended; devices keep working, only remote management and updates pause.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, by e-mail to the address above. If you asked us to start the service immediately and have already used it, we refund the unused part of the period. Businesses do not have this right; a licence can be cancelled at the end of the paid period at any time.

Your obligations

Use the app only on devices you own or are entitled to manage. Do not remove the app from a device you do not control. Keep your portal login private. Do not resell or share the licence with third parties.

Availability and liability

We aim for the portal and the API to run continuously, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app is designed to keep a device in kiosk mode even when the network is down. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the last 12 months; we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Complaints

Report a defect by e-mail. We resolve complaints within 30 days. Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution through the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, and material changes are announced in the portal at least 30 days in advance. Slovak law applies.

Effective from 4 September 2026.
